This service is provided by Ministry of Health for applicants who wish to register their BruHIMS online or over the counter.

General Prerequisite / Criteria
Open for all applicants (Brunei Citizens, Permanent Residents and Foreigners). No age group.
Online Prerequisite/ Criteria
- Register online
- Upload copy of Brunei issued Smart Identity Card (IC)
- Upload copy of Passport ( for Foreign Workers)
How to use the Service
1. Offline Procedure
- Public is urged to register at the nearest hospital or Health Center at any time during office hours and bring along the following :
- Brunei issued Smart Identity Card (IC) or photocopy of the IC
- If you are registering on behalf of your family members or others, please submit the forms including a photocopy of the applicants’ IC.
- BruHIMS Registration Form can be obtained from the Regsitration Counter or you may download through the links as follow :
- Complete and Submit the BruHIMS Registration Form at the Counter together with your IC
2. Online Procedure
- Register through Mobile Apps by downloading the Bru-HIMS app from the Play Store for Android users and Apple Store for Apple users.
- Open the Play Store App or Apple Store,Type and Search for “BruHIMS” in the search field,
- Click "Install" to download the Bru-HIMS App.
