This service is provided by Department of Immigration and National Registration under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) for the extension of Employment Pass for Domestic Services.

General Prerequisite / Criteria

  • Brunei Citizens or Permanent Resident / Foreign Citizens

How to use the Service

  • Form can be downloaded here.
  • Completed form should be submitted to Level 2, Bahagian Pas Kerja, Department of Immigration and National Registration.
  • Documents Required :
    • License hiring and employing Foreign Workers (Original and Copy)
    • Passport of Employee (Original and Copy)
