Application for Visit and Diplomatic Visa (Dependant's Pass)

This service is provided by Department of Immigration and National Registration under the Ministry of Home Affairs  for the application of a Dependant's Pass.

  • Foreigners.

How to use the Service

  • Application Form can be  downloaded here.
  • Submit the completed form to Counter of Visa & Diplomatic Division (Bahagian Visa Lawatan & Diplomatik).
