Application for Registration of Dog Licence

General Prerequisite / Criteria

  • Brunei Citizen / Permanent Resident / Foreign Citizen who are dog owners, with pet dogs aged 3 months and above.

How to use the Service

  • Click the 'Start' button. Form can also be downloaded here.

  • Completed form should be submitted to Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Department, Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Department​ and Tutong Municipal Department.
