Application for cancellation of Working Permit

This service is provided by Department of Immigration and National Registration under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) for the application of cancellation of working permit.

This is an offline/counter service

General Prerequisite / Criteria

  • Brunei Citizen or Permanent Resident / Foreigner.

How to use the Service

  • Form can be downloaded here.
  • Documents required as below :
    • Application Letter
    • Cancellation form 2 copies
    • Endorsement of cancellation form 2 copies
    • Working pass extension form (For private domestic service)
    • A valid passport of 6 months before expired (Original and copy)
    • Old Passport (Original and copy) [if necessary]
    • Copy of airfare ticket
    • Identity card
