Offline Procedure

  • Print the PDF Form
  • Application Form must be completed and submit to Scholarship, Training and Technical Assistance Division, Administration Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Online Procedure

  • Print the Form
  • Fill in and sign the Form
  • Scan the Form and Documents required
  • E-mail to scholarship@mfa.gov.bn
