This service is provided by Department of Building Service, Public Works Department (PWD) under the Ministry of Development for the maintenance of Government buildings and Government housings which is under PWD. Maintenance of building defects includes compund area except electrical defects. Examples of defects area such as :-
- Water pipe leaking from water meter to the building/ leaking sink and tank
- Blocked sink/ Blocked toilet/ Blocked gully trap
- Termites
- Tile upheave/ Damaged flooring
- Damaged door/ faulty painting/ wall problems
- Ceiling/ Roof defects
- Compund area defects/ Garage/ Playground/ Common area
