How to use the Service

  • Queries can be made by phone or meeting. Feedback will be given on the same day provided there are no technical problems.
  • To find out the status of the application, applicants may contact the Application Management Section at the Housing Development Department Headquarters, Old Airport Berakas or at the respective branches.
