| This service is provided by Department of Drainage and Sewerage, Public Works Department under the Ministry of Development. Sanitation service for building sanitary/sewerage system include desludging works of septic tank and grease trap.

General Prerequisite / Criteria
- Government agency and public encounter blockages or overflowing to their office building/house sanitary systems include gully trap, septic tank, grease trap and pumping station.
How to use the Service - Walk-in complaint to Sewerage Complaint Counters at Branch Offices at Pintu Malim, Tutong and Old Airport Berakas.
- For those who wish to rent sewerage tankers, aaplications can be made by visiting the office at Pintu Malim Seweage Treatment Plant or dropping by to :
- Jabatan Saliran dan Pembetungan, Jalan Lapangan Terbang Lama, Berakas
- For rental of sewerage tankers can also be made by calling the Talian Darussalam Hotline 123.
