General Prerequisite / Criteria
- Applicants must have valid licence to take forest produce (Form 1 or Form 3).
- Attached supporting documents as below :-
- a copy of the Work Pass BUR555 and Borang 500 of the Labour Department
- a copy of passport / IC
- Extension Letter of Form 1 or Form 3 Licence from Sawmilling Unit.
Fees :
- $2.00 - sublicense per person
How to use the Service
- Received application form submitted at the counter and review the submitted application (incomplete form will be returned to the applicant and the fully completed form will be further processed). Form can be downloaded here.
- Head of Permits & Licenses to review the application.
- The application endorsed and signed by the Directorate.
- Contact applicant and ask to apply for Online
- Provides a Letter and sub-licences stamped with the department stamp
- Submit letter and sub-licence to the Directorate for signature
