General Prerequisite / Criteria
- Exclusively for Sawmill Companies and Mangrove .
Fees :
- $100 - Service fee for each application
- $10,000 - Deposit to be paid in advance
How to use the Service - Fill in the form (Borang JPH12/2000). Form can be downloaded here.
- Submit the completed form to :
- Sawmilling Unit, 2nd Floor, Forestry Headquarters, Ministry of Primary Resources & Tourism Building.
- Licenses will be issued only after all payment of service fees and deposits have been cleared.
- License is valid for a period of six (6) months and must be renewed two (2) months before the expiry date.
- The license must comply with any special conditions that have been allocated and are also subject to the rules of the Forest Act Chapter 46, Laws of Brunei.
