• Written approval by the registrar general
  
• Building that to be registered as new premise must be those endorsed by all relevant agencies.
  

How to use the Service

• An application letter must be submitted by the school together with copy of the following documents:
  
• Application for change of address or alteration of the premise of an educational institution (Sixth Schedule);
  
• Applicant’s Brunei Identity Card;
  
• Tenancy Agreement;
  
• Floor plan of the premise (if involve renovation, attach the new floor plan);
  
• Site plan of the premise;
  
• Building Plan including the new unit number;
