This service is provided by Department of Protocol and Consular Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  for notifying the arrival of members of diplomatic staff and their families 

This is an offline/counter service

General Prerequisite / Criteria

  • Members of diplomatic home-based staff.

How to use the Service

  • Application Form can be  downloaded here 
  • Submit the completed form to Department of Protocol and Consular Affairs.
