This service is provided by Department of Protocol and Consular Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  for notifying the arrival of members of non-diplomatic home-based staff and their families.

This is an offline/counter service

General Prerequisite / Criteria

  • Members of non-diplomatic home-based staff.

How to use the Service

  • Application Form can be  downloaded here 
  • Submit the completed form to Department of Protocol and COnsular Affairs.
