This service is provided by Department of Environment, Parks and Recreation under the Ministry of Development.
As per stipulated in the Environmental Protection and Management Order (EPMO) , 2016, it shall be the duty of every person, who intends to carry out the prescribed activity set out in the First Schedule, to submit a Written Notification to the Authority before he undertakes such activity. .

General Prerequisite / Criteria
- Public / Company / Organisation shall not undertake any prescribed activity until he receives a response / approval from the Authority with regards to the submission.

WRITTEN NOTIFICATION
- Download both the Documents :
- Fill in the Second Schedule and use First Schedule as references.
- Attach the neccesary documents
- The completed EPMO Content Matrix Template and relevant documents can be either :
