e3s is an online system which was provided by Department of Town and Country Planning under the Minsitry of Development to incorporate services as follows:
1. Receive site application from applicants (government departments and private sectors).
2. Facilitate applicant in giving feedback on the propose site.
3. Facilitate members of Site Selection Committee in giving comments and/or feedback.

- Application via Official memorandum

- Maps or sketches on the desired location (if any)
- Site inspection report (if any)
