Electronic Planning Permission System (eKP)


eKP is an online system which was provided by Department of Town and Country Planning under the Minsitry of Development to incorporate services as follows:
 1. Facilitate the applicants (Registered Architects and Engineers) to submit applications to obtain Planning Permission 
2. Enable applicants to submit Planning Permission applications through online by uploading plans and required documents in the system. 
3. Enable the applicants to receive any comments for amendments through online on the submitted applications (if any). 

This service is available both Offline and Online

General Prerequisite/ Criteria

Applications must be made by Registered Architects or Engineers


How to use the Service

Offline Procedure

  • Once application has been approved, the applicants (Registered Architects or Engineers) is required to submit the approved plans and relevant documents to TCP’s Counter.
