This is an offline/counter service.

How to use the Service

Boundary Resurvey

  •  Submit form UKUR056
  • A copy of land Title
  • Registration Fee ($50.00 Non-refundable)
Temporarily Occupied Land (TOL)

  • Submit form UKUR056
  • Approval letter from Land Department
  • A copy of approved plan from Land Department 
  • A copy of latest tax receipt of TOL 
  • Registration Fee ($50.00 Non-refundable)
Land Application (LA)

  • Submit form UKUR056
  • Approval letter from Land Department
  • A copy of approved plan from Land Department
  • Registration Fee ($50.00 Non-refundable) 
Miscellaneous 

  • Submit form UKUR056 
  • Site Plan
