Start
General Prerequisite/ Criteria
For vehicles registered in Brunei Darussalam, please provide the following information:

Valid Vehicle Registration Number

Vehicle Chassis Number
-
Vehicle Engine Number
Online Prerequisite / Criteria
Must
have a valid email account.
How to use the Service
- Go to
http://www.bdnsw.gov.bn/Pages/VehiclePass.aspx or by clicking on the "Start" button above.

Fill in the required information.

Click "Search" to proceed.

If your vehicle details are available, then the basic vehicle information will be displayed on the screen. If not, press “CLICK HERE” to register a temporary Vehicle Pass. Follow the instructions and proceed to step 7.

If the driver is not the vehicle owner, please untick the check box (✓) of “Owner as Driver” and fill in the driver details.

You are given the options to print the Vehicle Pass or to send it to your email. If you want to print, click “Print Vehicle Pass”, otherwise, enter your valid email address and click “Email Vehicle Pass”.

Your entry pass details will appear on the screen. Please verify the details.

At the end of the instructions, TICK (✓) the declaration box.

Click the active button.

Your entry pass will appear together with the
QR Code.

You may either screenshot the Entry Pass or click "Print" to get the hardcopy of the Entry Pass.

Entry Pass can be stored in digital format and uploaded into your smartphone or printed on a paper.
