Required Documents:

Copy of vessel's Log Book
Copy of Master's Certificate
Copy of Previous Pilotage Exemption Certificate
Copy of Appointment of Local Shipping Agent (for foreign registered vessel only)

Payments:

Application must be forwarded to the Senior Pilot, Ports Department in Muara.
