How do I find services on e-darussalam?

Please click on "main" in the top navigation menu.

A selection of popular services are provided on this page in 4 categories, e.g. "Housing & Utilities", "Education", "Transportation" and "Employment and Professional Training".

Do I have to pay to use any of these services?

Yes, you may have to pay for some of these services.

Payments or fees should be listed under “Criteria”, and any related fees may be given under “Additional Information”.

Types of fees:

  • fee for form, i.e. each copy of a form incurs a cost
    (Note: Such forms may not be available for download from e-darussalam);
  • administrative charges / processing fees / registration fees;
  • fee for service, e.g. cost of renewing a license.

Do I have to pay to download any of the forms?

Unless otherwise stated on the form itself, the forms are provided for free.

Should any downloadable forms require payment, you may pay when:

  • submitting the form, or;
  • as otherwise advised by the relevant Government agency.
