How do I change my account/profile details? (address, e-mail address, phone numbers, personal question & answer)

Please note: You will not be able to change your IC number from this form.

Please contact the Service Desk +673-2424959 or e-mail helpdesk@egc.gov.bn if you need to change your IC number.

 

Step 1:

Update User Profile

Step 2:
  • Enter your IC number and password into the following form.
  • Click "Login" when done.

Step 3:

  • Type in the fields or boxes that you want to update.
  • Click "Next" when done.

  • Other actions:
    • Click "Previous Settings" if you want to restore your details before you made changes.
    • Click "Cancel" to exit the form.

Step 4:

  • Please make sure that your changes are correct, and click "Submit".
  • Please make sure your e-mail address and phone numbers are correct. Click "Edit" to make any changes.

Can more than one person share an e-darussalam log-in account/profile?

No, an e-darussalam profile is tied to one IC number, and cannot be shared.​
Best view using IE 7.0+ or Mozilla 3.0+ with minimum 1024 x 768 resolution.
